Think Tank is a place where students can work on school assignments, projects, and other academic activities after school. Think Tank is held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week in the Webster Middle School’s Library from 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm. Students are expected to come to Think Tank with work in hand. Students are expected to use the time during Think Tank to complete what needs to be done. There will be three Academic Teachers supporting students during Think Tank. Academic Teachers will be available to meet individual needs of students when needed. Students participating in Think Tank may take the late bus home, walk home, or get picked up by a parent/guardian no later than 3:15 pm.
Think Tank is available to all students through teacher referral or student initiative (signing up without teacher referral). Sign ups will be available on a daily basis through classroom teachers and the main office. Teachers may refer students to Think Tank for extra help. Students will not be allowed to attend Think Tank without a signed Think Tank pass.
Think Tank is funded through the Title I grant.
Webster Middle School is now working on a 6-day rotating schedule. Each day begins with a school breakfast bell at 7:10 and Advisory at 7:35. With the exception of Advisory and Enrichment (E block), periods A-G will rotate through each 48 minute block. Please see the WMS Bell Schedule for a breakdown of the begin and end times for each block.
